By booking an appointment you are agreeing to Lofts cancellation/rescheduling policy.
As a small business I am unable to absorb the costs of changes made under 48 hours. If you fail to give 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment you will be invoiced a 50% fee of the service booked. Cancellations on the day of your appointment, or failure to show will incur a 100% fee of the service booked.
Lofts cancellation policy is also applicable to clients redeeming gift vouchers - if less than 48 hours notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling 50% of your voucher value will be forfeited. No shows will void the vouchers validity.
Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. Please ensure you put your appointment in your diary and if you need to change your appointment, as much notice as possible is appreciated.
Pre paid series of treatments are non refundable, non transferable and unable to be redeemed on retail purchases.
The cost of online consultations are redeemable for product purchases up to 5 business days after receiving your prescription. No time extensions are available. This cost is non refundable, non transferable and not redeemable on any service.
Payment for treatments and retail are due on the day of service/purchase.

How do I find Loft?
Loft is located at "The Cottage" - directly next to Flow Therapeutics building at 229 Fitzgerald Avenue, Christchurch CBD. Please use the allocated car park and relax in the waiting area. If you are more than five minutes early for your appointment or the door is locked, please wait at the reception area directly opposite at Flow Yoga. This is for the comfort of all clients that we avoid overlap in the waiting area.
Where can I park my car?
Car parking is available on site in the Loft Car Park "Number 5" at Flow Therapeutics. If this is unavailable parking on Fitzgerald Avenue, Kilmore Street or Chester Street East. Please allow AMPLE time for parking as there are many businesses operating on site at times the onsite car park will be full. If you arrive early, you are welcome to sit in our beautiful reception area. We encourage walking or cycling if you live locally. Please note, due to the nature of appointments at Loft I may not be able to accomodate lateness.
Why do I have to pay a deposit as a new client?
All new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure their first appointment at least a fortnight prior to the booking. This deposit is 100% refundable when 48hours notice or more is given for cancelling or rescheduling. Failure to give 48 hours notice for any changes will forfeit your deposit.
Why are new clients unable to book AFTERNOON/late night appointments?
I am now at full capacity for late night appointments after 1pm and am booked months in advance with existing clients. Please contact Samira directly for current availability.

What happens if I am late?
Your appointment at Loft starts at the time of your booking and finishes in the time frame booked. As I run fully booked most days, I am often unable to accommodate lateness. I understand your time is valuable, and am committed to running on time for my clients. Please make sure you allow AMPLE time for parking and arrive on time for your appointment.
Can I bring my child to Loft?
While your time at Loft should be solely focussed on you, I understand circumstances can change with child care. Children are welcome by pre arrangement only. Please contact Samira prior to your appointment to confirm suitability.
Is Loft an authorised retailer of CosMedix cosmeceuticals?
Yes, Loft is authorised to professionally use and retail CosMedix by Advanced Skin Technology (AU/NZ Distributor of CosMedix). All retails prices set are NZ RRP as recommended by Advanced Skin Technology.
