* What is the best way to book an appointment at Loft?* Please email your enquiry to email@example.com and I will respond as soon as I am available. Please note that enquiries after hours or on weekends will be responded to in normal business hours.
*How do I find Loft?* Loft is located at 81 Durham St in the old fashioned brick buildings called Blackheath. Please enter through the red door street side, where a Loft footpath sign is located. Walk through the door and up the stairs on your right - I will do my best to meet you at the top.
*Where can I park my car?* There is free street parking available on Durham St and surrounding streets. There is minimal parking available at the back of Blackheath. Please allow plenty of time to find a car park.
*Why do I have to pay a deposit as a new client?* All new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure their first appointment. This deposit is 100% refundable when 48hours notice or more is given for cancelling or rescheduling.
This is due to a large number of no show bookings resulting in lost treatment time for my existing clients. Appointments will only be secured once this deposit has been received.
*Why are new clients unable to book late night appointments?* I am now at full capacity for late night appointments, and am booked months in advance with existing clients. New clients may only book day time appointments before 3pm.
*Why are walk in appointments not available?* As I am a one women operation, I am unable to attend walk in enquiries when I am busy working with clients. My commitment to my clients is my undivided, uninterrupted attention during their appointment. Please contact me via email and arrange a time to visit. *Why is there a 48 hour cancellation policy/what happens if I don't give 48 hours notice?* A minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling is required to allow me time for me to fill your appointment. Please bare in mind that as I am very busy with clients, 48 hours allows me time to do this.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, a 50% fee of your booked appointment will be charged. Lofts cancellation policy is also applicable to clients redeeming gift vouchers - if less than 48 hours notice is given for cancellation 50% of your voucher value will be forfeited. Please ensure you put your appointment in your diary and if you need to change your appointment, as much notice as possible is appreciated.
*What happens if I am late?* Your appointment at Loft starts at the time of your booking and finishes in the time frame booked. As I run fully booked most days, I am often unable to accommodate lateness. I understand your time is valuable, and am committed to running on time for my clients. Please make sure you allow ample time for parking and arrive on time for your appointment.
*Can I bring my child to Loft?* Due to health and safety, children are not permitted at Loft at any time. Thank you for your understanding.
*Is Loft an authorised retailer of CosMedix cosmeceuticals?* Yes, Loft is authorised to professionally use and retail CosMedix by Advanced Skin Technology (AU/NZ Distributor of CosMedix). All retails prices set are NZ RRP as recommended by Advanced Skin Technology.
